I would like to know if the extra memory is worth the extra money and if it will effect the amount of overclock I can achieve. Here is the Link

I would say go for the 64MB.. why?

because the extra 128MB isn't worth it, and yes it might affect your overclock. The only way I would say to get a 128MB version is if you know it can hit 250/560 or more.. and since this in very likely to happen then 64MB is more than enough..

I just got a G4 ti4600 and it's amazing.. this card needs the 128MB I can run Max Payne at 1600x1200 4XAA Anisotropic filtering.. and it runs like it's at 640x480.. try doing that with a Radeon 8500 or a G3... Look into the Ti4400... IF you want the best image quality... it's worth it

I'm getting a 128Mb because the guys who I'm getting the rest of my new toys off went out of stock of the 64Mb and my wife didn't want to have to listen to me whine about it :D

I justify it thus:

* The Gf4s and Radeon 8500s are all coming with 128mb now, 128mb will keep the card usable longer.

* AGP 8x is coming, bigger games with more textures with it probably, a 64Mb card with AGP 4x might get badly bogged down, a 128Mb card will have to load textures less often, and might just cope.
* It's cool to have 128Mb on your graphics card so you can make fun of the friends you know who only have 128Mb or less in their whole system :D

* It keeps the memory manufacturers in business, can you imagine, the poor dears have being having a tough time lately, awwww bless

Some good points made by both RoadWarrior and OC456. I think another good angle is to look at how long you plan on running this card. If you want this to be a long term upgrade, then the extra 64meg will surely become useful over the life of the card in your system. If you plan on upgrading in a year or less, then I would save the money and go with 64meg.
