Can a 7.5 volt Intel NBusiness Hub run off of a 7.0 volt power converter?

Sure! Why not? Devices will run on low batteries. Give it a shot. Can't hurt it by underpowering it. Just don't make your own "converter" and plug it into the wall (I did that to a Capsula set when I was a kid, lol).
