How much speed could I expect to get out of 7.5ns RAM? Would this run 133Mhz @ Cas2? Just trying to find a cheap upgrade for my PC-100.

It depends on who made the 7.5ns chips and also depends on the PCB manufacturing process. Some people get lucky, but the only way to guarantee performance is to buy from a known quality manufacturer.

hmm...most 7.5ns memory chips go up to 143(7ns) or 145 but not all of them do CAS2.

infineon makes good chips and i'm running 2-2-2 up to 143 i think...(Kingston memory with infineon chips)

Mushkin uses 7.5ns chips on there PC-133 Rev.3 thats rated 150mhz CAS2

i have had mine (2 128 megs sticks of it) 100% stable @ 154mhz fsb CAS2 + Turbo settings

this stuff is FAST and STABLE

nice ram

infineon 6ns ram is good to but mushkin makes better ram moduals

also the mushkin is on Black epoxy PCB that is the best PCB avalable

here are some memer bench marks for you @ 154mhz CAS2
