7 volt mod results?

i am planning on buying a Delta FFB0812SHE 68CFM (80mm) fan. what estimated rpm, and estimated dB level would these achieve with a 7-volt mod?

I was also wondering how much performance you lose. I've 7volted a few fans but I never really kept track of temps before and after. It really does decrease the noise a lot though.
