7800gtx OC.. ?

With Zalman CF700 + AS5 im getting 39 idle on my 7800GTX . So i said, "sweet, lets OC this beast!" right? Well... im getting Artifacts at anything above 490/1.3 :/ whats the explanation for this? lol

Probably gonna have to volt mod it. Or you just got a bad overclocker. I did a bios volt mod on my 7800gt and it will allow 500 and up. but the gtx voltage is maxed in bios so i think they end up doing hardmods on them.

Thats probably it. My 12v rail sucks on my psu... ill look into that..
