Earlier this week Cherry acquired Active Key, a German keyboard and mouse manufacturer with a focus on hygienics. The pairing of these two companies should be a good compliment as each offers technical and engineering advancements. What this means for the home PC user remains to be seen, but this certainly will bode well for those working in the medical and industrial fields as well as POS systems.
