Before I begin this is my first serious attempt at any OC. I have spent a few days trying everything and I cant seem to get past 4ghz with Stable Prime 95 Blend. It will give me Errors on cores 5-6 almost immediately if I set my multiplier to 4.1ghz.

Here are the specs to my Build

CPU: AMD 8120
Board: MSI 990XA-GD55
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600
PSU: Corsair CX600
Cooler: Antec 25 H20 Kuler 620

Here is another screen cap.

Here is a few more details. Since I have tried everything I have since put everything in the BIOS to Auto. Almost instantly Prime 95 will give me an error and if I try and up the voltage a bit more it automatically underclocks to 2.8mhz.

I have disabled any power management in the BIOS and Windows is set to maximum performance. Turbo is turned off as well.

Since I have tried everything I have since put everything in the BIOS to Auto. = NO you did not put 'everythng' back to auto; according to CPUz. You are still trying to run 4.1Ghz with voltages at stock setting. And that max Vcore of 1.35V as shown in HWMonitor shows you have not given the cpu enough voltage to get to 4.1Ghz. It is strangled for Vcore to run faster than a stock speed.

What I meant to say was I put everything else to auto except the multiplier to get 4.1ghz. What type of Vcore voltage should I be giving it to run 4.1ghz +?

I would think about 1.4v...... but you should really be slowly seping this OC out. Starting from stock raise your multiplyer and run Prime 95 for at least 30 min then try another multiplyer jump till you get a core fail error then give it a bit more volts. Keep an eye on your temps and don't let your Core temps get over 55*C. Taking shortcuts with your OC can lead to mistakes and fried hardware your best to take your time.
