8500 Oem Oc

I got 8500 OEM 230/230. I did flash BIOS to Retail 275/275. Did the volt mod on GPU to 1.78V, and mem was at 3.5V. Now, I can go with the ram up to 300 MHz with no prob, after that I get black faces and white hand on ppl in Lobby High detain in 3DMark 2001. But GPS starts having face and hands problems after 270MHz. All the other tests have no problems up to 290/310. Should I ignore this high detail problem and go up?? And why I can't go any higher with GPU????

what cooling are you using? you might be abel to get the extra mhz if u keep it nice and cool like a cpu. a old pentium heatsink works great with some superglue, ram sinks are sweet, at least for me my geforce 256 ddr went from mem 301 to 366 and gpu from 120 to 166 with just ramsinks and a old k62 heatsink with a delta 50mm fan no volt mod or anything, hope this helps

Gpu got Blue orb, and nothing on the RAM. But there is two 80mm blowing at the card, and case temp is 26.
