For anyone interested, since the 8k9A2+ isn't quite shipping yet, I got an 8k9A to replace a sucky Abit AT7Max2 that I was using to hold me over till Epox ships the NF2 board in a few weeks. Right out of the box, all multipliers are available on the 2400 without a cpu mod. There is absolutely nothing on this board except usb2, although it does have all the epox familiar voltage options including vcore. agp and dimm adjustments. So I took a Highpoint 1540 pci SATA Raid card, a lan card , a stick of twinmos 3200 and the 2400+ on a SLK-800 and fired it up. My 2400 is only good up till 2300 max on any board with the slk-800, so I set it at 200x11 meme at 2-2-6-2-2T and my results were not too bad for such a inexpensive $89 budget no frills board, infact they were better than on the Abit at those settings.

Sandra was around 3000.

PC mark 2002 was 6523/4951/1147

So the 8k9A2+ board should be pretty good. it booted up higher than 200, but I have had so much data corruption lately with the abit kt400 board, because the pci gets so far out of spec, that I am not going to push it anymore until the "pci locked" NF2's are out. What a relief that should be for getting above 200 without damaging your data.
