In my case, there are the wires such as HD LED, RESET, SPEAKER, etc. There is 1 wire called POWER SW and i was wondering if that goes into the POWER ON section on the motherboard. I've checked the manual and it didnt say anything. Any help is appreciated.

Yes that is the power switch cord. Power LED is the power light cord.
