I'm building a wooden case while i bide my time waiting for the money to start rolling in to get the motherboard. Since i only have a laptop, and no one is willing to let me strip their computers to measure anything...i come here to ask for help! lol.
I have the basic measurement for the board, 12x9.6....
what i need though is the following: How far off the back wall should i make the mounts for the motherboard? (preferably in inches) The second thing that i need is what is the difference between the distance off the back wall to the motherboard vs the distance fromt eh back wall to te IO sheild plate/PCI card slots on back? (Again in inches)
So far i have the designs/bluprints made for the front of the case. I'll move on to the sides, top, and bottom later tonite probably. My only hang up is the back of the thing.
