Which is better and what are the major differences? (I'm too lazy and too busy to do the research myself right now. Plus I am in class :D)

Looking for a good board to upgrade to from my 8K3A.

In short:

8RGA+ :
- no official 400MHz FSB support (but it works :))
+ onboard video
+ one 10/100 lan
+ two firewire
+ SoundStorm
- no S-ATA

8RDA3+:
+ official 400MHz FSB support
- no onboard video
+ two 10/100 lan
+ three firewire
- no SoundStorm
+ two S-ATA (Silicon Image)

I thought the 8RGA+ has only 6 channel realtek sound.

Or am i mistaken and thats soundstorm.

Yes, there is a Realtek ALC650E chip on the board (8RDA+ also has it), but it is only used for digital/analog conversions, actual sound is produced by MCP-T with SoundStorm.
