Which is better and what are the major differences? (I'm too lazy and too busy to do the research myself right now. Plus I am in class )

Looking for a good board to upgrade to from my 8K3A.

I thought the 8RGA+ has only 6 channel realtek sound.

Or am i mistaken and thats soundstorm.

I contacted epox, they said the 8rda3+ will be released at the end of may.

Yes, there is a Realtek ALC650E chip on the board (8RDA+ also has it), but it is only used for digital/analog conversions, actual sound is produced by MCP-T with SoundStorm.

Will an slk800 fit this board?

Yes, there is a lot of free space around the CPU socket, even SLK-900U fits it without problems.
