What would be a good repleacment for the stock cooling on a 9500 np, that would clip into the hole on the card so epxoy wouldnt be needed?

May I recommend the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer. Got me 33 more mhz on my 9700np. Nice and quiet, easy to install, clears ramsinks if u got em. It fits into the stock mounting holes, use whatever thermal goop u want (I used AS Ceramique).
