ATI has decided that no retail 9700 cards built by ATI is to be sold in Europe. Only those made by 3rd party manufacturers. I have these to choose from: Hercules, Sapphire, Crucial, Gigabyte, Inno3D, HIS and Xelo.

Are there any difference between those cards built by ATI or 3rd party manuf. like there was with the 8500 series? If yes, which one would be the best?
