I was organizing my cables and one of the metal PCI slot covers above my agp slot came loose and was making contact with the bottom part of the board near the monitor connector. I started up my computer and my monitor wouldn't turn on....so i went to a friends house with the card and it wouldn't either.....this is a good reason for an x800 XT platinum edition i think....its just sad that i've had that card for a year now and something stupid like that killed it...i originally payed about 400 dollars for it too...oh well at least i have this awesome ge force 2 mx 400 now!
