I would like to know the ture answer to my question, i have heard alot from others, about my mobo, but i need to know for sure? Can I only use pc2100 DDR ram in My KG7-Raid Mobo or can I use another kind of ram? And if i can use another kind of ram will there be a loss in performance?

Welcome To The Forums!!!!!

.....and to the addiction:eek:

You can use higher rated memory on your 'puter. You actually want to do that since it will allow you to use more aggressive timings when overclocking & gives you more headroom to work with. Think of it as adding slick tires on a road car, you don't need it but hey it's more fun to drive if you don't slip around too much.

The third link on my reply has some light reading on memory facts.
