a fan i found is it any good?

ok i was searching through my pc parts closet and found a fan i never knew i had and was wondering if you people though it was a good fan or not?

the specs i found on it are as follow::

size : 120 mm

volts : 12 vdc

amps : .33

watts : 4.0

rpm : 2850

cfm : 80

dBA : 42

and these specs come directly from what is writen on the fan

thats just an adv 120mm fan.. its a tad loud for that cfm, but it should work fine. if you have a delta on your cpu then u wont even notice it.
