A folding rig?

I am looking to build a very cheap folding rig. I have:

- Week 24 2000 Duron 650Mhz - AKAA stepping.
- a 1.2Gig and 4.3Gig HD
- CPU cooler
- mouse & kb

I am looking to run Linux on this as a folding rig.
I need:

- Vcard
- Mobo (integrated is poss)
- Case

I am currently looking at the following:

Thanks for any help. If anyone has these parts spare and wants to get rid of them/sell them let me know. If anyone finds these parts cheaper I would also be interested. I am also looking to overclock the duron. This rig would be networked to my Tbird rig and access the net through it.
