A ?? for 8K7A board owners...

OK..I BOTH Via's hardware monitor AND a third party motherboard monitor running. BOTH show a CPU temp COOLER then the system temp. Most people say this is unusual. However everything I check seems to indicate that these readings are reading the correct sensors. I have an average CPU idle temp of 28c and an average system temp of 40c. My room is kinda warm (three PC's running all the time) so I cannot believe that the system temp would be 28c as it is just too darn warm in here. Here is what I am running:

1.33ghz T-bird with a lapped Thermoengine cooler with the Delta fan
1 120mm fan in the front drawing air in
2 80mm fans blowing air out the back

My vid card (Viper II) does have a heat sink but no fan...that might explain the higher system (ambient) temps.

Can anyone else help me verify these readings???

They're most likely switched, I doubt that your system is at 40 while the cpu is at 28 without a TEC. ;D
