I don't know wether to laugh or cry. Really.
I mean, it's just so blatant; they don't even hide their shame. I guess it goes completely along w/ the times we live in, but please spare me a bit a dignity while doing this.
Just 'cause you've played Final Fantasy 8 or Quake 3 a few times doesn't make you a gamer. Entering a contest like this makes you an attention ***** (I know that word will be blocked, but it's being used in the correct sense. Sorry, mods) to the perfect crowd for it: lonely geeks/gamers who think they can't get a date. They'll eat it up like Pocky.
It makes me queasy.

Did anybody notice that the UK site is quite a bit more PG than the US site? The women are actually wearing clothes, and the guys are pretty much headshots. Seems less shameless, but still shameless none-the-less.

I have noticed a greater acceptance of video gaming in the mainstream culture. It was not cool to play games a few years ago, but the wildly popular (and hyped) games like Halo, GTA series etc. allowed a greater exposure of video games to a wider audience. Of course when something is sucessful the powers that be (ie. corporations) have to b******ize the the very nature of video games and made it almost the trendy thing to do today. And now attention grabbing *****s (starts with a 'w', Oni used it) that got tired of the Environmentalist Movements, Green/Republican/Democrat parties, Anti-globalization protestors, Emo, psudeo-punk, PETA etc. try to draw the focus up themselves to make up for their empty, useless lives.
In shorter words: video games are quickly becoming the skateboarding/snowboarding (and other 'extreme' sports) of the late 90's.

Looks like a bunch of dorks took pics of their ladies, who they think are hot.
There are a few decent ones, but I can't figure out how the topless red head (the good looking one) is getting like a 5 out of 10. What is it? Are all the ugly chick voting over and over against the decent ones?
Are they actually going to make the winner play and beat a game to recieve the final price? I'm not to worried about the T-shirts, if they want to take their tops off for a $2 shirt... well, I have a whole closet full

And ofcourse deny the price, if someone would do this and still take the price it would kind of take off the edge of the blade.
