A7M266-D w/ dual XP's ?

I just build my friend a computer w/ an A7M266-D w/ dual Athlon 1800 XP's w/ windows XP pro OS. When i boot up there is an asterik next to cpu1. When i look in windows task manager and look in the performance tab i see two cpu usage history and both seem to be working. Are they working? what is that asterik next to one of the cpu's?

The asterisk is normal so don't worry about it. Windows XP sees the second CPU so you're SMP ready. My Asus A7M266-D ran fine with two XP 1800+ CPUs @ 1677 MHz.
