I just updated the promise 100 driver and it dramatically increased the bootup speed. I no longer have the long delay. V160b33.zip is the new version.
I like it when something good happens.
I think I'll have another beer.

I find that a long post gives me time to finish my beer, giving me an excuse to get another.

I'm with you on the promise update being a good thing, and beer being a good thing
