A7V133 Bios version...

I´ve got a question about which bios version is better. I´ve got the 1004 bios version and I´m thinking to update to the 1005.
What are the diferences beetwen 1004 and 1005?
It´s really interesting update my bios to another one version?
What do you recomend me?

I am useing the 1004 and my tems went down 3c from the 1005.But it is like thay say if it ant broke dont try and mess it up stay with the 1004

The 1005 Bios has cpu throttling built into it so that when you go into sleep mode the cpu draws less power and cools down a lot (while asleeep). When I wake mine up the CPU is usually cooler than my mb temps when under mild load.
