a7v133 with new bios not stable

anyone else having problems with there system after updating to the new bios I am starting to get a lot of DLL errors any suggestions. Maybe it's not the board ??
Asus a7v133 1ghz
ensonic audio PCI
kingston 10/100
dxr3 hook to TV works good
512 megs ram
creative gefroce 2 mx
adaptec 2940 ultra scsi for burner
2HD's 2CD roms
300W psu

How you doing have the same sort of setup, have not upgraded my bios yet, no need to date.
But i have previously had problems with .dll files, what i did to get round them was to copy them from a good computer and swap them over, works fine, same with .vxd problems.

I had CRC problems with my board and it seemed to work better when i set my BIOS back to the optimal settings for my hardware (ram speed, etc).
