I had to scramble yesterday from my usual busy schedule, but I got my 1st mobo replaced. (dead AGP slot)
Well, I got the 1 off the wall, cause they couldn't find the other 4 in the store. ( Frys is "O-fishilly" out now)
Anyway- this 1 is the "correct" version. NB cooling and all.
Although it has the 1004 BIOS, I am extreamly happy about this board.
Set up was pretty easy, but the Large HDD support didn't install like it should. Is there an "Updated" 1 i need?
And the AS Probe couldn't find the correct chip, (for temp reading)
Is there an "Update" for this?
All in all I think DDR should be an industry std. For every mobo ever made. This thing rocks! Can't wait to put my XP chip into it.
I'm using a Duron 600@ 950 at the moment.
