The 815 is slightly slower. You would only see the difference in benchmarks and its only a few points.
The 815 also allows only 512mb memory max.
The 815 has 1/2 agp divider, 4x agp support and offical 133mhz cpu support.
It also has ata 100 hard drive support but I think but not sure that some bx boards also have this.
Most 815's if not all do not have any isa slots.
