Guys Im sittin at 512mb ram, and I want to upgrade to 1gig. Im using the be6-2. On abits page it says the board supports 256mb dimms. I don't think theve updated the be6-2page since making the board so do you think it supports 512mb dimms?

I don't think it does. Only 256mb dimms. I'm not sure if thats something with strictly hardware or if it can be changed by a bios change?

Yes, the max. DIMM size supported is 256MB, and they can be with or without parity, the three DIMM-slots can be populated in any order, single and double density DIMMs are supported.

I though ME dosn't really use more than 256mb ram, but with my 512mb today, I checked after playing on a Lan and I had 133mb free of ram.
