Hi, so, I've had this BE6 for more than a year, using a 366@550, worked great. Now I bought this CII600, which is supposed to run @ 900, (I'm sure it should , 'coz it did in my bro's computer, which has a CUSL2-C). I have a noname FCPGA adapter. But it only works at 600. It posts @ 900, but windows freeze loading. In Softmenu everything is default, except for 100 Mhz. Is this because of the BE6, or the noname adapter or what? Buy the way :), I have a ASUS geforce2MX, and there's a program called TLWATER using the T&L engine of the VGA. It runs at around 4 fps, but in a PIII600 with a single TNT1 it's 60 fps!!! Now what the f*** is going on in my computer??? I reinstalled Windows, but there's no change! PLSPLSPSLSPSLPPLS help me!

i BELIEVE THE CELLIES LACK L2 CACHE MAYBE THIS HAS ALLOT TO DO WITH YOUR SCORES. aLSO MAKE SURE YOUR BIOS IS OPTIMIZED WWW.ROJAKPOT.COM HAS ALL YOUR INFO FOR BEST SETTINGS IN BIOS i THINK 4FPS MAY BE MORE THEN JUST LACK OF L2CACHE
GOODLUCK

in your bios set it for user defined, then your can set your fsb and vlotage

Well, the 4 fps I was talking about is solved,( there was a problem with my asus driver,) I downloaded a newer version.
Of course I use UserDefine option, but I don't know what to change.
-fsb is at 100
-L2 chache latency is at default (I don't know what it is...)
-fsb/agp is 2/3
-100/66 is low (66)

so everything is at the lowest speed.
By the way, when I had this 366@550, I used a predefined setting at 550, and everything worked fine, but if I used userdefine settings, and put it to 100*5,5 my system frozed a couple times.
So, if anyone have this arch., post his/her settings here pls! ;)

Sounds like you need better cooling and a bump in voltage. When you installed the C-600, what did you use for thermal paste? Hopefully you're not using (or worse, reusing) that crappy thermal tape. What CPU cooler are you using? Do you have any case fans? What kind of RAM are you using? We need lots more info here.

Um, is yelling really needed to get your words across?

I'm not yelling i use capitols so people can see my reply in between there words if i didnt it would be easy for them to miss a small quote.

What do ya mean Cellies have no L2 cache. This is like the second post where someone has mentioned this and it is B.S. Cellies have half the cache of the PIII.

ive read a article that said they were taking p3's that had bad L2 cache and they would put some bridges on it knocking out the L2 cache and then renaming them cellies. if your curious about it post in the CPU section and see what others say.

The only Celeron that had no L2 cache was the original Celeron 300. Since the inception of the Cel 300a, all Cels have 128 Mb L2 cache.

Have you installed the lasest BIOS for the BE6-II? I had to upgrade mine when I went from the c366@500 to my C2-600@901. You will probably have to up the voltage to get it to 900. Do you have a cB0 or cC0 C2-600?
