hi all being a newbie i managed to flash my bios on the BH6 from LG to the latest SP version what i would like to know is on the abit site there are about 4 upgrades preceeding the SP upgrade do i have to upgrade them all to get the variuos features like upgrade for the H/D to 40 gb or will the latest upgrade contain all the previous data from the others, also now that i can now put in a P3 850 instead of just a 550 i noticed that the multiplier and FSB speeds have increased to 15 and 150mhz respectively does this also mean that if i use the user define mode i could say put in a 1 GIG or higher P3 CPU

Any help much appreciated.

Digi.

P3 450 running at 550 benchmark speed 567mhz.

not bad for a newbie but wanna go higher.

Yes, the most recent BIOS upgrade contains all the past fixes and is all you need. As for using the faster chips, I don't know, but maybe.

Thanks for the reply batboy much appreciated,I did see 1 post where someone had stuck a 1 GIG p3 in this motherboard gonna try anyhow.

Thanks again.

Digi.
