Abit ka7-100 and Geforce2 = post error Beeps!!??

I have a Athlon 800MHz on a KA7-100 motherboard, 256MB ram, AsusV7700,(Power 300W) and now to my question wy does my computer beep when i coldboot?? And then i press the reset button and the computer start and works normal??

Does anyone have a fix for this??

I have a very similar prob with my motherboard (same one) i contacted abit support and they told me that the Ka7-66 had a problem recognizing the agp port ....They would replace my board if i would send it in....It was only a minor nusance that occurred when i reboot (sometimes) and simply pressing reset fixed it ..so i put up with it for my 6500 3d2000 mark score.
it was my understanding that this was fixed on the later models but apparently not...I hope my story helps
