Could someone who knows about these things tell me how can I get a RPM reading for fans 3&4 on Abit KT7A-Raid?

I have tried different fans and different programs to no avail. No program will show RPM readings for fans 3&4! What is the problem? Abit?

Or is this another one of those "Let's make a good product, set an early deadline, stuff the mobo full of nifty things and sell it unfinished"(r)?

Is the performance of your system critically impacted by fans number 3 and 4's RPM? That is hardly a big criteria for slamming an excellent OC'ing motherboard. The gem has many facets.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend.
No, it's not critically impacted, but I'd like to get the readings, nevertheless.

i have the same problem

i think its this bata bios' though

I don't think it's the beta bios... I'm running WZ, before that WZ beta04 and before that WW... No changes.

I know on at least one of those sensors (either 3 or 4) you won't get readings because they're not supported. Check the hardware monitoring portion of the bios - no matter what software you have, if your fan rpm is not displayed in the bios you won't get an RPM from that header.
