Dear all,
I have an Abit KT7-A motherboard and I have installed the Via temperature monitor which controls the built in temperature sensors on the board.
When looking at the app, it tells me 2 different temperature readings, CPU temperature and System temperature. For each one there are 2 different types of temperature, the 1st is CPU Overheat (which is obvious) and the other is CPU Hysteresis temperature.
Question is what the hell is Hysteresis temperature supposed to mean.. My system is a 1ghz AMD T-Bird and the current CPU temp is 24 IDLE and 38-42 on load (celcious)
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.
