I unlocked the L1's and was able to change my clock multiplier and FSB. But when I restart and the bios info display's it shows incorrect info. ie... I have the multiplier at 9.5 and the fsb @100...but when it boots back up it goes 7.0 @100. When I raise the multiplier to like 11 @100 it restarts at 8 @100.
When I move the fsb up it reads correctly though. But it isnt very stable when I change the fsb. Any ideas?

You might not have all the L1 bridges properly connected. From posts I've seen in the past, the next step is to start fresh by cleaning the L1's and try again. I used a regular pencil for my Duron 750 and a cheap magnifying glass. Just take your time...go over a bridge a couple of times, blow off the lead, go over again, blow off the lead, etc, etc. until the laser cut gap is not as deep...but be careful not to cross any L1's with the graphite. Good luck.

How are you restarting your system. If you unplug the system or hit the restart key while your bios is loading it will automatically revert back to 'safe boot' or stock boot most of the time. As mentioned above you will also want to take a close look your unlock job. I would suggest using a magnifying glass. The slightest error (unnoticeable by the naked eye) will result in some interesting results. My first Duron unlock job would only boot in whole number multipliers, if it was followed by a .5 forget it.
