Anyone know what bios overclocks best on this board?

I personally like the ZT or 3C BIOS for the extra settings.

Can you tel me in detail LOL,,,After I create a bootable disk what do I delete and then add to it so I can flash my bios ?????

if u want .
i can send u a bootable disk with the zt bios al ready in it.
if u want to use a different bios then u just have to change the .bin file.
u want it?...

The ABIT BIOS you get off thier website you should unzip in a temp folder by itself. Make this temp folder new in the c: prompt. Then use a boot disk of any kind to get to the dos prompt and type c: to get to the hard drive. Then go to that folder you made by typing cd\temp or whatever the name of the folder in the temp spot. There is a runme from that zip file and all you do is type runme and it will update your BIOS itself. Very easy and painless. Let me know if you run into any problems.
