Abit MoBo I think BX6......

I had this board sitting around and I was going to put the system back together. PII 400 CPU can this thing be OC'ed and if so how should it be done. I am not to good with Intel Products. I fried the first P 200 I had by putting wrong dips on MoBo. It was running at 200 fine then POOF no more CPU

Just looking for a little advice
