Is it true that cpu interface helps stabalize things at high fsb.

Right now i'm running at 11.5 x 210 @ 1.95vcore with good low temp air cooled. and it's stable 24/7 passed prime etc... and i'm thinking to push it more slightly without increasing any more vcore. Right now cpu interface is enabled.
 
CPU interface enabled does not help stabalize an OC that I know of. It is believed to control the latency to the north bridge. There is a substancial performance boost with it enabled.
 
I find that it's more stable to have it disabled, but then you take a performance hit. Enabling it seems to set CPU and memory in turbo mode.
