You have to wire or cover the pins on the cpu to trick the mobo into thinking your using a different cpu voltage.
Its called vid pining.
You can find info on it and good info on your board at:

When vidpinning take special care to only go a little higher then your default CV or you could fry your chip if your proccesor is 1.7 default start out at 1.9 and see how that works remember you will need better cooling with the increased CV good luck

Anyone know how to get the voltage higher than 1.90 in the bios?

I've noticed that with my board if I set to 1.7 I get 1.75 and so fourth so when I set to 1.9 I get 1.95.

I dont know if thats just my board, or psu, but so far I've had all the power I've ever needed.

So it wouldnt hurt to take a look and see what voltage your set to and what your "really" getting.

I could be just lucky, so if not you might try vid pinning, like Placid stated earlyer.
