About DDR333 on KR7A-133R

Found this post about the DDR333 on abit's website. I had been trying to get my new KR7A-133R running with DDR333 memory. The floppy kept locking up on me and I could go no further. I remember having the memory signature "on" in the bios,but had not made other adjustments to the memory settings. Does anyone think that this is my problem? I thought I probably had a bad mother board. The memory "counted" all right. Just sent the mobo back to Newegg today. Will try to retrieve it from Fedex if anyone thinks that the memory setting was realy the problem.
