Hi there! there is an interesting site. It's about DRM protection and describe software that could unprotect DRM.

Re illegal

No this is legally... Soundtaxi just round DRM, no illegal. It just rerecord audio file that's all!
 
my understanding is this ... the drm was placed as protection for that specific file. removing or altering it in anyway is against the law ...

now whether you think it should be or not is your opinion. and whether i agree with you or not doesnt change the fact :D

I'd be real careful downloading and installing this as you don't know who they are and what it really does on your computer.

It's also in violation of the law by defeating or bypassing DRM.

This is true, and also why discussion of stripping media of their DRM algorithms is against forum policy. Further discussion of removing protection schemes will result in warnings or bans.
