Adjusting multiplyer

Hey guys I got a quick question becuase I have never had an amd system to adjust the multiplyer. Is it typicly in the bios, or a jumper? On my intel board I could adjust the fsb in the bios and I thought that was nice =)

On a good motherboard, basically everything is done in the BIOS
