advice on me buying new mobo

is the asus cusl2-c a good mobo?
i need to build a computer for my uncle
he wants it running on a pen 3 1ghz

and can u put a fc-pga chip onto the board?

will the comp be good with this?

asus cusl2-c mobo
256 pc 133 toshiba ram
asus geforce 2mx with tv in/out
sound blaster live! value sound card
yamaha 8/4/32 ide cd writer
asus 50x cd rom drive

Everything I have been hearing is yes, it's a great board. I'll be ordering mine here shortly. And yes, I believe you can place an fc-pga chip on the board.
