TO PURCHASE: Motherboard & AMD CPU combo. Possibly even 128Mb in the combo deal. This will NOT ever be overclocked.

ADVICE REQUESTED:
1. Is it cheaper to buy a motherboard & CPU as a package deal?
2. What can I get for that price?
3. Links to the best on-line places to buy this hardware.

I had the same problem, needed a cheap but powerful upgrade.

Grand total: $193.95
All the reviews I have read about the 8kta3 have been very good and the price is just right
