AGKGA stepping need some info

I hear this steeping is good, but i have a question I want to upgrade my current system for cheap. I am getting an athlon XP 1700 for $200 canadian most likey this week, what motherboard and ram should i get that would let me get this sucker up to atleast 1700 mhz? I will probably be keeping everything else the same, also can I expect to go that high on air cooling?

I would go with an Abit Kr7a raid and crucial pc2100 DDR, I run that combo and have had my 1800+ as high as 1804mhz, stable at 1792 though, I also hear alot of good about the Epox boards, check prices.
