where are my lugs. i have an amd motherboard. should they be with the mobo or the heatsink or the cpu?

The lugs are those little plastic latches on the sides of the socket. Unless you have a motherboard that is "severely" second hand.

I would seriously consider Buying a rheostat to control the noise as that fan is gonna be on the loud side

im thinking about getting one from hoot. ive also looked at the this ys tech for the ax7. tell me what ya think and would recomend. just dont say a delta 80cfm cause with my current speaker system the jerry tunes get way to distorted when play em that loud. i forget what website i was at that let you listen to fans but the sunon seemed to be not that bad at full tilt. here is a link and it might be that sight where you can listen, i think it is:

yeah that is it. the sunon 80mm ultra high speed is on there. i liked it compared to the delta cause all those deltas got that damn whine to em.
