SOLVED alarm sound on overclocking

ok i got my drivers install for ata66 on the be62r2 now i try to overclock to 933 and get a alarm , what happening i had this chip up to 933 on my old board bx6r2 so i change boards and i only can get 700 out my chip can any one give me the correct soft menu setting , your kindness will be appreciated.i got muskin 133 rev 3 ram

my sys temp is 27c and my cpu temp is 62 c is this to high

You need to do something about that cpu temp ASAP, as it's best to keep under 45oC and I would never like too see the temp over 50oC, what heatsink/fan and thermal compound are you using?
