I have been using my Alpha Pal HS with the fan blowing on the cpu.Has anyone used or is using this HS with the fan sucking the air away from the HS?I'm curious to know whether or not it's worth the effort to change it.My temps are pretty good now(33/34c on boot and 36c running Sandra burn-in).

Alpha says that the fan is supposed to suck the air off of the heatsink but I've heard of people having the greatest success running either way. I guess it all depends on you're particular setup and case. Try it both ways and see what performs best for you. Also, I've heard that if you are blowing into the heatsink with your fan, removing the shroud under your fan helps even more because the shroud tends to trap air in the heatsink.
