I have an Asus Socket 370 Mobo and wanted to know if my alpha is installed correctly. First of all. I have a copper spacer for my PIII so i didn't use the pads on the heatsink. I attached the rectangular clip the swings to the side of the back of the socket (the side where it actually says socket 370). Anyway, when I clipped the heatsink on, I can see some of the green processor edge at the front. Is this normal? If not, let me know of any ways to help me put this thing on better.

the clip is an off-center clip.. you might have the thing on backwards... did you follow the instructions that came with the thing?
