Aluminum or Copper (waterblock)?

Hello everybody!
I am thinking of watercooling my old PIII processor. I would like to know which is the best material for waterblock, aluminum or copper and why? Thanks a lot!

For a PIII CPU, either metal will be fine. You will have to worry more about the design them the metal type.
