I have the 751 motherboard and to your question

You dont need to put a fan on the northbridge because you wont be able to increase your FSB much past 115 no matter how cool it is.

is there a 756 chipset also i dont hear about it but i need a .pcr file for it if there is one i looked and i think it said AMD756 but it could ve been 751??

Yeah, a Blue Orb would be a suitable candidate for a AMD 751 northbridge... but like stated above, you're not going to see any difference in how far you can overclock your FSB. It will most likely help stability a little, though. But from what I hear, AMD 750 series northbridges aren't really heat mongers or threats to stability.
