AMD Athlon 1.333 Ghz ???

here is my stupid A** question: I have a athlon 1.333 ghz processor ok and I have 512 mb of DDR Ram with Ram coolers on both Chips (256 X 2),and a Thermoengine V60-4210 heatsink with a Extreme 90 cfm fan on it that i made wich is basically a supped up hair dryer motor and fan and junk that blows fast ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ problem Id like to overclock it but I dont know what motherboard to buy I know people keep on give in me different opinions on which mobo to buy i was thinkin to wait out for one of those nice Nvidia chipsets or buy an ECS K7AMA or other, Ijust want to overclock peacefully and High (not me the processor)
